Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Software" refers to BizBharat E-Invoice application and all associated files.
• "License" refers to the right to use the Software as per the purchased plan.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses the Software.
• "We/Us/Company" refers to Reliable Technologies.

2. License Grant

2.1 License Types

• Single GST License: Valid for one GST number on one computer.
• Multiple GST License: Valid for up to 5 GST numbers on one computer.
• Monthly License: Valid for the subscription period. Requires renewal.
• Annual License: Valid for 12 months from purchase date.

2.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell your license key
• Use one license on multiple computers simultaneously
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway.
• License key is delivered via email after successful payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new purchases.

4. Free Trial

• Free trial is valid for 15 days from installation.
• Trial version may have feature limitations.
• No payment information is required for the trial.
• Trial cannot be extended or renewed.

5. Software Updates

• All license holders receive free software updates during their license period.
• Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, and new features.
• We reserve the right to modify features in updates.
• Major version upgrades may require additional purchase.

6. Data and Privacy

• BizBharat E-Invoice operates 100% offline.
• We do NOT collect, store, or access your business data.
• You are responsible for backing up your data.
• Internet is required only for connecting to the government NIC portal.

7. Support and Maintenance

• Monthly Plan: Email support only.
• Annual Plans: Priority email and phone support.
• Support hours: Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST.
• Remote support via AnyDesk/TeamViewer available for paid customers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Software will meet all your requirements
• The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results from the Software will be accurate (user is responsible for verification)

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIABLE TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Software
• Issues arising from user error or misuse

10. GST Compliance

While BizBharat E-Invoice is designed to help with GST e-invoicing:

• Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of invoice data
• We are not liable for any GST compliance issues arising from incorrect data entry
• Users should verify e-invoices before uploading to NIC portal
• Consult a tax professional for compliance advice

11. Intellectual Property

• BizBharat E-Invoice and its code are owned by Reliable Technologies
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
• Users may not use our branding without written permission

12. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Share or distribute license keys illegally
• Engage in any fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
