Eligibility for Refund

✅ You ARE Eligible for a Full Refund If:

• You request a refund within 30 days of purchase date
• The software doesn't work as advertised on your system
• You're not satisfied with the features or functionality
• You purchased the wrong plan by mistake
• You experienced technical issues we couldn't resolve

❌ Refunds May NOT Be Provided If:

• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• The license key has been shared with others
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• Multiple refunds have been requested previously

How to Request a Refund

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• Access continues until the end of the current paid period
• No partial refunds for unused days in a month

Annual Subscriptions

• Full refund available within 30 days of purchase
• Pro-rata refund may be considered for genuine cases after 30 days (at our discretion)
• Contact support to discuss your situation

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades: Pay the difference. Immediate activation.
• Downgrades: Credit applied to future billing or partial refund.
• Wrong Plan: Contact us within 7 days for free plan change.

What Happens to Your License After Refund?

• Your license key will be deactivated
• You must uninstall the software from your computer
• Your data remains on your computer (we don't have access to it)
• You can repurchase in the future if you change your mind
