Downloadable Software Policy: As our products are digital software, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We offer free trial versions or demos to ensure the software meets your requirements before purchasing. All sales are considered final once the software license or download link is delivered.

Software Add-ons and Optional Features: Any additional modules or add-ons purchased as part of the software are also non-refundable, as they are treated as digital products.

Customizations or Integration Services: Payments made for custom development, setup, or integration services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same software or license twice, contact us within 7 days for review.
• Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your license key or download link within the promised time frame and our team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your support ticket.
