Shipping and Delivery Policy

Biz Bharat E-Invoice primarily delivers its products digitally via email. License keys, activation codes, and software download links are sent to your registered email address upon successful payment and processing.

In certain cases, based on customer requirements (such as for USB dongles or CDs), we ship physical products to your provided address. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via reputed courier companies.

Delivery Time: While we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier schedules, traffic, distance, or unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate any delay, you will be informed via phone or email.

Proof of Delivery: Acknowledgment of receipt will be required upon delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon delivery to you or your designated recipient at the address provided during purchase.

For major holidays or peak seasons, we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.

In the event of delays caused by natural calamities or uncontrollable factors, we will notify you at your registered email or mobile number. Products will be delivered to the postal address provided during registration or checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate, as we are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier name and tracking number to your registered email address for real-time tracking of your shipment.

Note: Biz Bharat E-Invoice is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
